Warranty / Service
Like everything else that we offer we have tried to make our warranty both user friendly and simple to follow, in doing this we have not hidden anything in the small print, in fact we haven’t got small print. Our promise is that if you look after the machine, keeping it clean and in tip top condition, as outlined in the Maintenance Manual we will undertake any necessary repairs that may occur within 3 years of the date of purchase or 40,000 deals, whichever comes first.
The repairs will be undertaken on a “return to base” basis and within the shortest possible time scale. Should you have any problems, first contact email@example.com and we will try and solve your problem, without sending the machine for repair, however, if this is unavoidable, we will provide you with the necessary information to act quickly. We do recommend that you retain the box and packing material in which the machine was delivered for such occasions.
Again our exclusions are simple and straightforward, we exclude problems caused by the following, from our warranty cover:
- Poor maintenance and cleaning
- Incorrect insertion of power or USB leads
- Accidental or malicious damage to any part of the machine
We recommend that the machine be serviced after 3 years use or 40,000 deals, whichever comes first. The service includes dismantling the machine and replacing any worn parts, which as routine includes the rubber roller sleeves and internal springs/ gate mechanisms. We ask you to return all leads, 2 decks of your standard cards and 2 boards with the machine, allowing us to reset the machine to your standard settings.
